Unhappy Autometer Dual Gauge Problem?!?!

Well, just receive the autometer dual gauge pillar pod from CA and it looks very nice, but does not fit the gauge I want. I tried installing the AEM Uego in it and it wont slide in place because of the outer removalable silver trim. It actually scratched some paint off. Anyone have any luck getting it in?

Anyone...Anyone at all? The whole reason I bought the pod was to have somewhere to store the gauge. Now I'm pretty pissed!

Allshot dremeled his pillar down so the guage would fit. I actually used the tight fit to hold the guages in mine since the normal mounting bracket won't fit. I have the black pillar not the painted one though.

No, an AutoMeter CF Mech boost gauge and an Aeroforce Interceptor.

Allshot has the AEM UEGO in his triple. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/appearance-48/aeroforce-installed-today-41484/

You are going to have to do some trimming to get it to fit. Take your time and don't remove too much material and it will work out goo.
