Thumbs down bad design flaws???

Ayone been cleaning their car or working on it or something like that and notice some just really horrible design flaws?? it seems like everytime I clean my balt I see something and im just like wtf?? why would they make it like that? now I know were not driving 2010 escalades..and I know that cobalts are said to have "Cheaper plastics then what you would find in a chinese toy factory" but still....jesus christ I feel like a five year old constructed some of the things on this car.

Haha yes i was waiting for someone to say that. Just little things like that get on my freakin nerves. And for examples...Like not the door jam but at the bottom where the first part of the inside trim is...it is ******* impossible not to get that dirty no matter how hard you try. its to high it shouldve been lower. the steering wheel doesnt go up enough...but thats just personal...the plastic is to cheap..the stuff scuffs sooooo easy its like touching butter. And as for the lt cause thats what im driving the seat materials suck...i spilt drops of water on the passenger seat ...and it STAINED IT! wtf?? I didnt even know that was possible...theres a billion more things but I forget them until I clean it.

If you didn't notice the plactic interior when you were at the dealership looking at the car, than you fail. I noticed when I bought my car. Didn't notice many exterior defects on my car though. Did you buy it new?

I'll gonna say my SS is everything I expected it to be and some...for the price I paid new she has lived up to everything I had hoped she'd be and even more. Now as I near paying her off I only dream of the fun I'll have once she's a stripped down weekend toy for road racing (track days and a like)

Nothing feels better than showing up a car that cost double, triple, or more in the back roads or on the road course

the window/side silver thing sucks nuts, i had it replaced under warranty twice, i realize i can paint it my self but christ it chips up in about 2 months, i got paint peeling on my rear bumper by lisc plate and on side skirt, who knew a 20k car garage stored with no winters and hardly any rain would ever do so? i didnt realize it or look at it good enough when buying it with 18k on it but holy **** its the worst quailty car ive ever seen for 26k brand new (was on loan paper in my folder when i got it home)

Well, let's see. My door doesn't line up with the rear quarter, the sunroof rattles like hell, the fan squeaks, my hood is gapped too high near the windshield, my rear fascia can move left and right about an inch, sometimes it's nearly impossible to get the headlights to fit into those slots on the brackets, rear brakes overall on the TC.
