Im looking to get a mid to low 12s out of my 05 ss/sc

as of now i only have full exhaust i believe 3 inch but could be mistaken.


i dont have a budget really but i dont want to dump tons of cash in either.

Whats a semi affordable way of getting here.

and can someone please tell me if a aftermarket air to air is better than my stock air to water?

and whats the stock pistons capable of taking on its own?

 

some people are running turbo's w/ 400+ hp

you will probably not come anywhere close to that with the stock eaton sc. it creates too much heat, and you will mostlikely pop something if you dont build it right w/ the proper cooling mods tunes etc.

 

so i need a turbo or an aftermarket SC sounds reasonable. what do you all mean proper cooling mods?

i thought only thing is a new intercooler? aftermarket water pump too?
