This is the second time I have seen this. I am wondering how they manage their paperwork. Seems like a very simple thing but it is not. When you lose one piece of information that could equal a lot of customers getting screwed. I highly doubt they are purposely trying to hurt a customer as that would mean a certain death blow to their budding company.

Before you come on the board and flame a vendor please take the time to read what i posted. This should apply to every vendor, not just us and our vendor forum. If you are having problems, i have detailed step by step how to resolve the issue more then one time on the board, posting and answering questions and have tried to help out as much as possible when i have received inquiries.
WE ARE NOT TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.
Please keep that in mind. We are a legitimate business run by 2 people. We also run 2 other very large sites and have provided thousands if not hundreds of thousands of quality parts to our customers. We also have 3 show vehicles, show and advertise at local events and out of state, so we are not a shady company who hides from the public eye. We are more then willing to meet customers, talk to them when time allows.
I attend meets, travel to meet people out of state, take days during our weekend when most vendors are closed to go to our shop (almost an hour from home) to meet with customers who would like to pick up parts. I have met MANY people off this board that will attest that we try to really help people out.
As a vendor we deal with many manufacturers who sometimes take a while to stock parts and get them in and to us. We try to answer every email we get daily so if you are not getting a response, check to make sure that we even received it.
I check the board every day and while i may not post as much (i have a regular job which doesnt allow me to really spend all day posting on a forum) I CLEARLY state that if you do not receive an email back contact me. We DO have spam blockers on our company computer which may bounce emails back and we may never get them.
Strut bars are in stock, so my suspision is we never either received the order, or your email never got to us. If you have an order confirmation send it to me via PM.
Ill make sure we have the order, or find out what happened.

You can only get a virus from spam if you open it. I would suggest that you change your domain extension or get a different email. Once you get a virus from spam the damage is already done. You probably had every address in your book copied and sent to mulitple spammers. Very big problem for all company's. I am dealing with this in the company I work for. Just a bit of advice.

ok this isint bash the vendor we dont need 500 post about complaints cobalt addiction has been alot of help and been good to aot of people and they have great products every company will have a bad apple or have a problem
unfortunately the customer nor the vendor is wrong in this case.
While bashing a vendor openly is not cool , not receving a product you paid for WHATEVER THE REASON is even worse. Like I said it is probably a mistake but if you have my $200 for over a month, I don't care what the excuse is I would be at your front door like the mafia !

Also,
on a side note, response to another message.....if an item is out of stock, for those that do not know, there will be a shipping delay, those unwilling to wait for the product we will offer a full refund. We always give the option to wait for the product to come in, or receive your money back if you do not want to wait.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AGAIN AS I MENTIONED BEFORE- with carbon fiber. CARBON FIBER IS BACK ORDERED.
some of the products are on high demand, and are low in stock. we have to wait just like everyone else for the MANUFACTURER to send them to us.
Unfortunately we receive the brunt of the negetive feedback, and customer complaints even though things are out of our hand until we receive the items from them.
Look at things this way.
Manufacturer--------> to vendor ----------> to customer.
Thats how things work....if the manufacturer is delayed then so are we.
and yes while agree no excuse for not getting his product to him. however, there are instances where the order has not gotten to us.

nod.. you notice you had more money.. well it just didnt fall out of the air.. it came from somewhere...whether you got the email or order form.. its time to find out where that money came from.. not wait on somebody to contact you
^^^^ and please note....in case people misread this....we do not under any circumstances do that. we have no access to anyones credit card numbers, ids etc.

i help run a business too... and yes, sometimes things are inevitably delayed... shipment can be held up, production can be backlogged, whatever the case may be... it is totally fine, these things happen... but i think the issue here is the non-communication... regardless of your spam blocker, email problems or anything, you should have been in touch to let the buyer know what the issue was...
Personally I'd pursue more avenues than just email before posting on a large forum such as this. You have to take action rather than relying on others all the time. This is just a comment, no offense intnded.
