I drove Vickars SS when it first came in, it had 2 km on it. No one is playing ball with me on my 03 Z24, I gotta find a dealer who wont nail me on the negative equity. Murray didnt cut you a deal at all, no one is tho right now

ok ok ok....first off if anybody who has bought a cobalt SS can say that on the sticker in the wondow it says 75% made in America and 25% made in Sweden and the only thing made in Sweden was the tranny so for your REDZED, Cobalt SS's are made in a town called Lordstown, Ohio in the USA therefore they are American made you *******..shows how much you really know...and just what kind of car do you drive cause i have to know

I love when people dont know what their talking about but....think they do

ripped off

Hey,

I love the Cobalt SS probably as much as you guys do, however I feel paying 27,000+ for a 2wd 4cyl 205HP american car is ridiculous. That car is maybe worth 17,500/18 grand right now retail and less money for trade in. I hope you are happy with the car, but I would have waited or really tried to fight for a deal. (Fair market value and MSRP for that matter is bullshit) I've never paid sticker for a car and never plan to. Its not a limited production vehicle, its just got a slow start of production. I have seen a lot popping up in Florida and I plan to wait until there are 20 on each lot like the sedans currently are before getting one.

I sure hope that that 27,000 was a different currency, because I talked my dealer into a few dollars over 20K. That's including the Sport Pkg. g85 for an SS.

Yes, and the base price for an RSX Type-S (without any options..) in Canada is 34,000! The Cobalt SS has a lot more equipment for the price... but as I see now, it's much crapier!!

The guys of GM passed 6 hours on my car to remove the rattle coming from the glove box, I don't hear the sound anymore (bah, SOMETIMES, but it's ok now...) but now I have a sound coming from the other side of the car...

I'm a little bit pissed off..

My last car was a 1989 Corolla... and i never heard any rattle like that... It's making me crazy..
