I'd rather put on the K&N than an Injen.

If you're up for doing an intake I'd recommend that to her. If you can I'd wait for the K & N typhoon system to be released, but if you can't the Injen one should work just fine as well. Not much you can really put on a car for that kind of money but the intake shouldn't break her .

Since your limit is 300-400, how about two gifts? Springs and the intake? I saw on ebay the Intrax or Eibach springs were about 200, I have no clue on how much the intake costs.

myself, I dont have any graphics on my car. but for those who want to spend the money to do it, let them. some of them actually look pretty good if put on the right car with the right colors. to each his own, and if you dont like graphics, dont put them on your own car. but, if someone else does, leave them the hell alone and quit bitching about it. besides, people dont always put graphics on to make their car "go faster", but maybe to make the car look better.

its a birthday gift... not a paycheck. and i've already got plenty of car care products.

I was thinkin intake to begine with.
sway bar wouldnt do anything drastic w/o lowering and struts.
I dont want to lower until i get wheels.... so I'm thinking intake...
or maybe the RK sport rear valance so i can throw a dual pipe on that bitch... the car, not my girl.
