The complete LSJ build book has not been released and won't be till the end of the year.
The following links are for the 300+hp build released by GM.

I'm looking at it right now and it tells you how to build from stock to 1,400 horsepower. It also shows the Phase 5 Cobalt build and the Grand Am Cup build.

Here is a link to it

I don't want to be a pain guys but that build book has some LSJ but is more for the 2.2's. Here is part of an email I recieved in April

Thanks for your e-mail. It sounds like you are looking for a specific parts list for the 300hp build, is that correct? I don't have anything already made-up that I can shoot over to you, but will forward your request on and see what we can do. Note that we are working on a build book for the ECOtec Supercharged motor that will have all kinds of information. Look for that late this year. I do know that the 300hp cal is not currently available, but we are working on an 'off-road box' that we will make for sale. We are a little ways off from being ready with that.

You might want to take a look at our new Stage Two kit (P/N 17803229). It includes higher-flow fuel injectors, a smaller supercharger pulley and drive belt, and an ECU calibration. The result of this kit is 241 hp and 218 lb.-ft. of torque across a broad engine speed range. Plus, you can keep your warranty.
Having said that my build is actually using the steps in the book you have. We just use parts for the LSJ. The book is a good read with plenty of info. The one specifically for the LSJ will be even more indepth for us and not the 2.2's.

ENUFPWR you are a god and you just gave me a new bible!!!! i am litterally weeping as i scroll through the build book, my 2.2 liter has as much potential as i ever thought it could... just one question dose that super charger kit come for the cobalt too? are the 2.2 liter cavalier and cobalt engines the same?

and if you read it. the heads they use is good for 320HP. thats not alot. but then again it is the 300hp build. If your going to go through the trouble of heads, pistons, cams. I would want more than 300
