Buying an 09 ss/tc
Buying an 09 ss/tc
Okay...so im going to the dealership on Wednsday to try and buy the 09 ss/tc...im trading in my GTI...and i believe im only going to be upside down about $3000-4000....so im looking at the final price of the cobalt plus the negative equity from the GTI added on to the cobalt at about $26,000-27,000..how low do u think i can get th price too?? any tis or advice?? thnx everyone!!!!
dude its a night and day difference...i used to have a subaru legacy gt...totaled by a deer...it was amazing everywhere not just in snow or ice...mud and feilds and gravel it was awesome. it would be so rad if the new ss were AWD
Just FYI- I believe that actually makes it $23400 because the trade in counts as part of the money you brought to the table for dealmaking (i.e. if you had a 20,000 trade, you didn't get the car for $3000).
I bought a black 2009 SS Coupe on Monday and picked it up on Monday. It is loaded. Has everything except the upgraded boost gauge. Sticker: $25,655. Got a 20% discount and traded in a 2002 Saturn. With GM dollars, paid $17L out the door. It was an impulse buy. I had already selected and signed a deal for the Cobalt LT2 coupe. But then I test drove the SS and I was hooked.

i paid 17,000 + tax (22,000) for a 2009 LT with power options...
and no trade in...
