right. i had some credit problems too. finally found a bank that got me through on my own. i'm dealing with a tough interest rate and tougher payment, but am taking steps to reduce these. and my balt is definitely worth them!

Looking at this I'd check the tires , they look stock and at 30,000 miles they're probobly shot.New ones will cost about 800 to 1000 dollars so figure that in. I bought my ss/sc a year ago with about 10,000 miles on it for 16.900 it is a 2006 also.Put 2,000 down on it and my payments are about 250 a month and don't forget to check your insurance rate increase,mine went up 30 a month over a 1997 eclipse but I'm not 21 .If I were you I would go to edmunds.com and print out all the cobalt ss\sc within 100 miles of you and find the best deal and take that printout to the dealer. If thats the one you realy want see if they will match the lowest price you can find. Also don't forget that you will want to add mods so that will also take more money!

i'd just say look around a little bit and dont take the first thing you see.....imo if it had lsd then it would be worth that price....

well 2 more companies called. they are tryin to get me into an eclipse. they are like "what are you looking into getting"
me-"im looking to upgrade my cobalt to an SS/SC if thats not possible at least an SS"
them-"did you look at any other cars?"
me-"eclipse and mustang" unless you can get me into a corvette
them-"alright what options do you want on the eclipse"
........
