Camera mount

Camera mount

Anyone have ideas how to mount my video camera in my SS. i am going to the track soon and would love to document it.

I was wondering the same thing, although I have to get in touch with the track I run at and find out what is/isn't allowed I think I have to have a fixed mount, but I'm not sure.

Make a carriage for the rearview mirror, If the camera's not too heavy.

all you have to do is lift up the headrest on the passenger seat, and sit the camera in there and push the headrest back down tight, they wont let us autoX like that but at the track they dont check us down here

I saw some guy on the internet make a homemade mounting plate outta some metal that attaches to the baby carriage clips by the back window. Wish I still had the pic, it was perfect.

I'm talking track day on a road course - that would DEFINITELY not work!
