Car is NOT BEING NICE!!!

well my car is being a piece of **** right now. i have multiple problems that turned up all at once. some serious, some not.

1) I believe I fried my ECM. i have codes P0013 and P0014. checked all wiring and its fine. so ill check my sensors and see if thats the problem. but im about 65% sure its my ECM

2) I need new brakes. the previous owner had just put new pads in, but now they are chewed to **** as the shop didnt machine the rotors. also the rotors have huge grooves in them, are warped, and have a good sized lip on them.

3) When shifting into 1st, 3rd, and 5th i feel like im pushing the stick through sludge. it doesnt snap into gear like 2nd, 4th, and reverse. but once its in gear its fine.

4) I need a new intermediate steering shaft. i have clunking when i go over bumps and doing turns. also when i hit the brakes, because they are warped, it clunks and shakes my steering wheel.

5) Passenger side windshield washer fluid dispenser thingy doesnt work. might be clogged, but i dont know how to tell as it looks just like the drivers side.

all in all i dont have the money to fix everything i dont think. i only have a grand. i could do everything but the steering shaft and tranny myself though. my brother can do those 2 also. so i wont have to pay labor.

Well the steering wheel shaking is most likely the brakes being warped. And a clunk over bumps could be caused by several parts like a sway bar link or bushing Or even a strut. Get the brakes done and see from there.

the clunk is coming from the steering column. not from the wheels. and yes the shaking is from the brakes i know that

i got the intermediate shaft issue 2. I don't think it really affects anything just annoying issue. Had NTB say that was the issue after doing my shocks/struts and new sway bar links

probably because you suck at driving

i also have a knock in my steering wheel while going over bumps turning
blew out my suspension though think its either the strut mount or strut seat

and sometimes my **** has a hard time going into first. but then again one time i got stuck in the snow and kept going between forward and reverse a bunch of times
what do you think that could be?

Imagine that... Turns out when you drive a car things wear out or break, who knew? Here is my suggestion; Quityerbitchin' and fix it.

I bet the clunking is probably more of a combination of the brakes and front sway bar bushings than it is the steering shaft. Before I sold my 07 I replaced both the bushing and the endlink. It would clunk with the slightest bump and when steering.

im just trying to get ideas as to what also could make these noises. some guy have been very helpful while others... well they can go suck a ****.

but my brother is taking my car to his shop and is gonna go over everything. i think he is even pulling the tranny out. so i will tell him to check endlinks and struts, and bushings as well
