Now to change subject off of me proving you rediculously wrong. They are suing California because it is POINTLESS to have all the smog laws California does.

Keep trying to back pedal and look like an idiot.
Do you hear yourself you idiot?? It is pointless to have smog laws in California but California has 7 out of the 10 smoggiest cities in the entire United States. Plus your info is over 3 years old. Nice find. Good job son.

You got that sweetheart? UNITED STATES! They are polluting our home country jack ass and you think that's OK? You keep harping on this world thing because you have no argument to back up why you think they should do away with Cali's smog laws.

You're an idiot kid, go download some **** or something. I'm done with you.

It is not circumstantial evidence that it is a natural rise in the Earth's climate, it is fact. The general public seems to have problems understanding this from a logical pooint of view. The public cannot comprehend that the rise in the climate is natural, they seem to have to place the blame on something (internal combustion emissions being #1 on the list).

I did not say that emissions have not accelerated this rise in temperature, because they have caused the warming of the Earth to occur faster than what would be natural. But this occurrence would happen whether there were emissions or not. Global Warming is a natural effect of a post ice age environment.
This has to be the longest post ever on .net

Wow, such childish insults, but you are calling me a kid.

You brought up the world first, not me. You got that???? Mexico City and Beijing are the smoggiest cities in the world, LA is not even close to them. You got that?

Now if your reading comprehension was above a 1st graders you would see I wrote...

Which to explain to a first grader, there is no point to have as many smog laws as California does, especially on autos, because hey guess what, cars do not contribute nearly as much smog as some of the plants in the central valley and on the coast. I used to live in Bakersfield #3 worse in the country, the auto smog laws will not damper the smog there in ANY way, SAME way with LA. You got that? You got that?

Now I am not saying I do away with ALL smog laws, but some laws are rediculous in Cali.

Go cont. being an ass in Conneticut.

Yesterday, on my local news channel, I saw a news line at the bottom and it read "Earth's average surface temperature is at it's hottest in millions of years." I never heard anything else about it though. I also agree that there are many contributions to global warming; not just emissions.

Well im for SOCAL so I should put my 2 cents in.
Why sothern california has bad air. And why air pollution is not that important.
1. The primary reason that Southern california has bad air is beacause we are in a valley and most of the pollution gets traped on our local mountain ranges.
2. Lots of people and bad freeway design
3. And the main reason we have bad air is because we have to many politicians. (JOKE ahahah):p

#1 is self explanitary
#2 Yes we have population isues the big problem is our freeways are at least 1/3 the size they should be for our current POP let alone the POP in the next 10-20 years.
So we have lots of stop and go trafic. Most speeds below 30MPH are the least eficient. Even the most fuel efficient gas cars dont do well stop go stop go... for 30 miles.
#3 Kind of funny that cailifornia cares about their air more than their petroleum supplys.
You cannot buy a diesel passenger car in CA. Wow thats smart. My friend had to smuggle his TDI golf into CA funny thing is it gets almost 50MPG and his worst tank to date is 37mpg

So our air is bad. Is that a big deal? NO!
We should be more concerned about our Oceans they are our primary air filter and temp regulator it acts like a thermostat. And plangton produces almost 75% or our breathable O2. Now im not saying that we should pollute away but CA is way out of line and I think that to many people act on emotions and not on facts.

PS sory about spelling using laptop:p

Beijing

Mexico City

See the difference, between LA and the smoggiest cities in the world? HUGE! Either way, auto smog laws are not going to fix LA's smog.
