I have an 06 Cobalt SS that i just bought and its rewired with a custom exhaust. the check engine light is on and I need to have it fixed to pass emissions. Here is what the dealer came up with and i was wondering what the easiest way to fix it was?

SES Light
Checked over and found 02 sensor Codes P0141, P0140, P0036
O2 Sensor INOP O2 Circuit #2 Fault
Found no Catyl Conv. O2 Sensor Changed.
O2 Sensor Disconnected New Harness ran into Car. Aftermarket Accessory

They said it would be $600-$700 to fix?
