We JUST started offering High temp coatings on headers, turbo manifold etc. As far as pricing we are working out our pricing schedule for 4cyl headers and such... as we have primarily been doing V8 coatings alot. Anyways The advantages can really be seen when you coat the outside as well as the INSIDE of the header. The coating on the inside of the primaries etc will help to force exhaust heat down and out of the header instead of the heat being held by the bare material. effectively this can help reduce the amount of hot exhaust gases that will get taken back in through the exhaust due to cam overlap and normal backpressure effects. Also, it will help keep ambient under hood temps down that will help for obvious reason. Hope this helps... I have a thread in my vendor forum where i will post more of the pricing info if you would like to check back there!

Hope that helped, and hope we can offer some of you our services

Lower underhood temperature, looks good, helps prevent carbon buildup in the exhaust manifold.

Dont expect to gain any real power from it. You may get a couple hp but thats usually from reduced intake temps, however it helps the longevity of the headers by sealing them from moisture.
