Check out this Cobalt! OMG

So a friend of mine was showing me a site www.hornblasters.com where he bought a train horn for his Chevy Extreme truck to scare people (LOL) and we eventually came across a cobalt SS on their w/ a custom paint job , dual exaust, custom rims, and Lambo doors. Pretty sweet car to say the least. Just thought I would share.

Yeah this is kinda old news. The guy who owned it had a user name on this site I belive. He talked for like a good week and he was gone. At least I think so. But yea, that car was specifically built for shows. A lot of money went into that car.

And, anyone correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't he also the first person to get the twincharged kit?

you guys are funny lol..... I dont think he was ever on here. if he was I would be surprsed. This car has won numerous car shows, is in many magazine ads, and was on the cover of Dsport Magazine. and it is very old news. It was at SEMA as well.

I'm telling you, he was, or at least someone who knows him was. GM is actually in on this as well belive it or not. They wanted to build a car to show the potential of the cobalt so they went to this guy, who I belive works for GM or has some kind of relationship with GM. I'm pretty sure he works for them though, and his dad is in on it as well. I wish I could find the post, but it was posted so far back, and I wouldn't know what to search for.

If i'm not telling the truth, I must be dreaming...or at least go to bed since it's 3 in the a.m.

Why do you think the car has a "GM" paper tag in the rear license plate holder?

Because the guy is sponsored by GM, they gave him the car. I found the magazine now. actually it is on the cover of the april/may 06 cover of performance auto & Sound Magazine. or pasmag.com. Alley Baggett is posing in front of the car too. it was teh SPEEDORAMA cover car contest winner. Car was built up by Keith Losier from Niagra Falls, Ontario, Canada. GM gave him the car to work his magic after winning the GM Design Award for his work on a Saturn Ion Quade Coupe that was shown at the 2004 SEMA Show. The Cobalt was done with the help from Desired Customs.

but most of us new about the car long before it made it to this magazine.

They had a twincharged kit on his car but I don't htink it was from Hahn. I remember people hounding him with questions and he kept saying like he couldn't reveal anything or something like that.

Mmmm right hand drive, why didn't they just put the steering wheel and the pedals in the trunk, that would have earned them even MORE points at the shows!

What a waste.

With the amount of money they put into that car, why didnt they just get rid of the steering wheel and pedals and get a HAL9000
