I got a 2006 Cobalt ss and my g/f has a 2006 Ion redline, well i do drve both and while driving i noticed a difference in the clutchs. The redlines clutch is a little stiffer than my cobalts. Is there a reason why?

 

I took a 2006 Redline for a spin this weekend and noticed the same thing. The transmission and clutch are the same.

The only things I can think of are pedal design per car or return spring pressures or locations per car.
