yup can't get a new one looking for a 2006 with less than 30k miles. I cant find a blue one anywhere all I have around at the moment for sale is one orange, one silver, three yellows, and like 192388234098 reds

Consider yourself lucky still. When I was looking there was exactly 2 on autotrader. each 3 hours away. None of my local dealers had any used either. Closest thing I could find was a new one 30 miles away on a dealer lot.

I'm gonna be the only person to say it in the thread. I love victory red...I know you see a lot of them around but it still looks awesome. The SS/SC is the corvettes little brother and a corvette has to be red (according to prince anyway). So therefore you should go with red. Yeah its late and i have had a couple beers but thats my vote.

 

Sport Red Tint Coat only color sexier than Olympic White.

 

So if the insurance is giving you 18-20K for your car, how do you figure you can buy a car and be debt free? Look at it as the insurance company is buying your old car from you so that makes it like you are going to the dealership with maybe enough money to cover a down payment. sorry bud. no free car for you.

 

Sport red or laser blue.

 

i am digging on the laser blue as well, if i hadnt got the sport red it would have been blue.

 

because the totaled car was paid in cash when we bought it so we had no debt on it at all. therefore i get 19k for it and my mom pays the insurance that goes up (dont laugh its alot more fun having my mom pay for it cuz it saves me a crap ton of money lol)

 

too bad the only color options for the 07 SS/SC is

Sport Red
Victory Red
Yellow
Black
Silver

Brunt orange is no longer an option and nither is the lazer blue metalic. There is a blue on there but its not the lazer blue metalic. I cant remember exactly but i think they went back to the Arival blue

Do a www.chevrolet.com build and price on the SS/SC for 07. it will show you the option choices.

 

There are a couple in the lazer blue that can be found. It might have to be shipped from out of state though.

 

black looks REALLY nice when it is cleaned up, but i would also go with Blue because not many ppl have that one(compared to black)

It's only because they're more easily recognized, compared to a white or black car. Just because you have a red car, doesn't mean you're going to be pulled over more though.

But, personally I would go with the rally yellow. I wished my balt was yellow cause I think that's a sweet color for a balt. Maybe in a year or so I can trade mine in for a yellow one.
