I have the first LS with the sports package! I know cars and enjoy them very much i've been helping my friends customize their cars for years, now its my turn, for a guy to have such a problem with a girl driving the same car as him, is ridiculious!

Now problem here, but there will always be the stereotype of a guys car and girls car. Just like PINK is stereotyped as a girls color. By puting pink on your car you do it to yourself. I have no problem with this, because you are just expressing who you are. I agree that the cobalt is a gender neutral car, until you make it one way or the other. If you look back in the history of cars thought I would say that 90% of sport car owners are male. Thats just IMO though.

 

Aww that is funny haha, but i wouldn't of never know about cars if it wasn't for me hanging out with the guys for the past 10 years! She'll learn only if you want her to though I know some guys don't want their girls to know anything about cars!

Yeah I guess im gay for not wanting my car referred to as a chick car, the last thing id like to hear when a girl gets in my car is "Ohhh my girl friend has this car, its soooo cute!"

I guess my next car is gonna have to be a Supra or something, never see a chick in one of those

 

i ve seen a lot hot chicks in my area driving cobalts... nicknames "cobalt chick". i give them the eye and they give me the eye as i pass them! WOOT

 

i don't see that many 05 balts at all.

 

they drive base cobalt models....theres a girl in my apt complex that drive a black ss/na...and I drove rigt out and follow her on to the main road and fly by her lol

 

i've seen WAY more women in supras than men.

 

I see more chicks around here driving V6 mustangs and Scion tC's than I do 'balts.

 

You should be happy if a girl gets in you car and says its cute, that mean's she likes it, and her friend has good taste when she bought the car

lol, i know where levittown is, i grew up in NE philly, somerton, right off of rt1. hell, i used to work in oxford valley.

 

whenever i drive mine i see more girls with the LS trim than the SS's or SS/SC's. i dont know why but maybe thats just in texas. although when i drive by them they usually give me the eye, raise the eyebrow and crack a smile when they see my balt with nice rims, lowered and nice sounding exhaust haha! nonetheless... definitely neutral but it all depends on your perspective i guess

Well, the only reason the Cobalt SS/SC sits in my garage is because my wife wanted it, and she alway's reminds me it's her car . She sez the Silverado sittin' next to it is the boy car.
