To the cobalt owners with sunroofs...

Recently, I had my Cobalt at the dealership because the drivers side of the sunroof was sticking up in the back compared to the passenger side.

I just picked it up and the sunroof is better but not perfect. I noticed when I close the doors the back of the sunroof pops open because of the pressure. I would think there would be a mechanism there to prevent this.

I would think the pressure would be relieved at a different point. What if it has no sunroof?
OR
Is this something I didn't notice before?

Thanks for walking out to your car and checking on this.

Go watch any other car with a sunroof. They all pop-up when the door slams . Now it normally pops up and then right back down.. if yours stays up, that's different.

mine does it too and i was mad as well, but they(people on here) said it was because the pressure from closing the door has to go somewhere, that somewhere is the sunroof.

Mine bounces up slightly and goes back down as if like from vibration, but doesn't actually "pop" up.

Never had any problems with mine. I have heard of others having problems. Good luck.

Mine pops open whenever I shut the door, but it closes right back up. I drive with music on so I really don't hear the wind noise. Sorry, BPark! I'll check next time I'm in my car if I think of it.

Yes, you will usually hear somwind noise with a sunroof. I can't hear anything when the screen is pulled shut.

I didn't want a sunroof in the first place. I would have rather not paid the $750 for it but I had two choices, both had sunroofs.
