my build date is april 15/05 and i will have my my cobalt in mid-may or early june,has anyone in toronto area know when u r getting yours and also has financed it i got a rate break 4.9% rather 5.9% in canada

 

I don't who told you that, but don't be surprised if you find out the car isn't built then. I have been promised build dates twice now, and just found out today that GM Canada could be getting no cars for 05. The cars that were sure things at Hogan Chev Olds in Toronto (5 ordered on Sept 1/04) have now been pushed back to July or August.

As well, the black and red SS S/C that are on the GM website are Canadian Autoshow cars that GM is ready to sell soon.

BTW- My June 14 date is now uncertain as well and GM Canada said it could be pushed back again

 

My build date was right on. I realize you guys are in Canada and have the whole Cobalt SS SC shortage going on but they are still all built at the same factory. My date was 2/28 for build and it's been built and is on a truck to me right now.

I've ordered an SS/SC on feb 21. Builld date-who knows!! And got Gmac finance lease rate at 2.4% and a rate break of 1% for going to auto show. So its only 1.4%. But that's on a lease.

my dealer princple told me that so and he gave me a 99.9% that ill have my car mid may or june,so who knows, all i know at first i got promised two build date in march 28 and then sept,and now its april 15/05, i was looking a t a gt mustang but there finacing is not very attractive@7.9 for 5 years

 

I just ran a locate on all built and delivered Cobalt SS' and there's at least 20 out there now.

yea a lot of people can help you find it, its not hard, just get in Gm dealerworld, i am in chevy launch now just reading stuff, its easy
