I just thought I would share that the police finally charged my brother and he was arrested for Vehicular Murder # 2. Hes out on bail, and has a preliminary pending Dec 15. They came into our home and confiscated all our our PC's, mine included. Took my digital camera, and all my CD's etc. His picture, along with some information was in teh newsjournal today.

According to the news, he was speeding, an old woman pulled out in front of him, he hit the womans car, tearing it in half, & killing the woman

for those who are gonna say but he was "allegedly" street racing...well the cops are pretty damn good at collision reconstruction so good luck fighting that one.

People you really need to stop posting threads about this. Especially you being his brother. If they confiscated his pc then they have all the cookies that point to this site. They will be on here if they are not already and they will be checking this. Shitty thing is if it comes down to it they can subpeona all the moderators of this site and the hosting server could get audited. Let's hope it doesn't go that far.

I sincerely hope you read the warrant very closely. It doesn't seem like they could confiscate your stuff as you weren't involved.

I don't really know what else to say because he's probably going to get what he deserves. He screwed up and now has to deal with it for the rest of his life.

 

They can confiscate his stuff too because the brother was in their household, and he would have open access to all computers and such. Theres really no use fighting the warrant because obviously the cops know about this site and what the guy was doing.

And I've seen all the threads so far on this and its pretty fucked up. I mean the Mercedes was ripped completly in half. Theres a reason why streetracing is a crime and why its heavily punisable.

I think if he gets jail time then he'll get what he deserves, I mean for god sakes he killed an inoccent old lady.

And I agree with 1stBlue, stop posting so many threads about this, it can get a lot of the people on this site in trouble.

 

One more thing. Your brother if you can pursuade him to do so should write an apology to the family. Also ask the lord for forgiveness. This is all you can do. It may not help the family or you now but later down the road it will. May god have mercy on him. He will have to live with this his whole life, it will be great turmoil.

hope this opens the eyes of a lot of members on here. street racing is dangerous and illegal. my prayers go out to the lady that got murdered and her family.

 

Not to be heartless to your bro[cvenom] but he is getting what he deserves. Im sure you know and understand this as does he. Streetracing is illegal and accidents like this do happen. Im not talking down on you and your bro, God knows Im not innocent when it come to racing.

This is a real tragedy and a reason the tuning community is looked down upon. 1stbluss is right, a letter of apology would probably ber greatly appreciated in the long run.

I do not know where his faith lies but asking for God's forgiveness and asking to take the weight off of his shoulders is about all he can do but it is definately enough if he believes.
