Delayed

Well i dont get my Cobalt until the middle of April The dealer said something about the factory changing over or something, i hate it. I have heard, i dont know if it is true but do dealers have a certain quota to meet and if they meet it they will delay your order until the next month? Anyone else ever hear of that or is it BS? So i will get some pics sometime in April!

Because he/she knew all along you would not get your car when he/she said, or was just guessing and still wants you to buy a car off them.......so he/she shifts blame over to the factory

i would think that they would want to sell car, lying isnt the way to do it. If i didnt want my Cobalt so bad i would go to a different dealer, that makes me really mad. Why not just be honest and say it might take a while! Now i am not sure if it will be here by Mid April what if he is lying to me again. If it isnt here by Mid April should i go to another dealer?
