Loose wire? Like any 4 banger they shake at idle . Could be causing it to short/ground out? My best guess, id just look at wires

Not everyone can give you the answer you like. You're going to need to investigate and do some work on your end.

Take your deck out and inspect all the wires. If you tapped any together take it apart and redo. Twist tightly

Capaciter is a band aide.

Not a shake rhat will spill coffee obviously. Just not as smooth as a v6 or 8 would be

Motor and tran mounts? Could cause a vibe and make things loose.

cao might be a band-aid but dont lie, its always a good thing to add to an obviously under powered alternator....

common practice my man....

I was told by many of people that caps are a waste of time and money I've had one and it didn't work to well in my other car but I think I fixed the problem

No caps are not a waste of money, they help provide constant power to your amp, a cap can help with the hard hits, but if you drain it completely then its only a band aid. A bigger/higher out alternator would be the best with a correctly sized cap

.. it isnt rocket science, or new knowledge that straight 4, and even more so a cummins for example have a shake at idle. its just not a balanced as a V shape.
therefore it would not be uncommon for things to eventually wear, and cause a similar problem to what hes experiencing.
