Did you replace your ignition before this big recall?
I've had this happen. I drive an Auto 2.2. I didn't think anything of this when it happened back then (only a year or 2 after purchasing my car- new). The only keys I had were my car, fob, house and work key on a lanyard. I took a turn and my car shut off. Thought it was a "safety" feature from preventing me to roll over or something. Lost the power steering and my brakes seemed tighter. Thankfully I was in a neighborhood so there wasn't any traffic but it was at night and with the power gone bye bye lights. Hasn't happened since and my car is now sitting at the dealer waiting for the parts lol
