Different intake tubes?

Different intake tubes?
I went and looked at a 2005 SS/SC at a Omaha,NE dealer and noticed the intake tube that goes from the TB to the airbox is different.
It has a support that just kinda sits smashed against a screw that is to small is this a late 2005 change?
