Like this:

remove the clip that holds in the pioneer tweeter, the clip is on the left side, get a clip removal tool and the entire door panel is very easy. remove the screws from behind the door handle, and under the trim piece with the windows switches, theres black plastic covers with screws under then. A flathead will remove the covers, a phillips will remove the screws. Then just get that clip removal tool, and start at the bottom left corner, slightly left the panel so you can see under it and locate the clips, then use the tool and pop the clip out, then you can either keep working your way around, or just try grabbing the bottom of the door panel and pulling it twords you and pop all the clips out. once it popped out of the clips, reach behind the door handle and release the clip holding the door lock bar in, then slide the door panel up over the door lock, or in your case just take it off since you have no door lock

fyi, you do NOT need to remove the door to remove or install the pop up door lock. It basically comes out by twisting and pulling up.

Waaay back I had the dealer install one for me since the last one broke.
