Yeah the miles is low and she's certified..most of the stuff I would have liked to do to an SS if I got one is done...I'll offer 13,500 like u said and see waht happens!

Drew, the price of the TC is a GREAT deal..but the difference between 14,300 and 19k is something I cannot afford. I love the LSJ motor and and the car overall...if they were the same price i'd get the LNF, but I cant afford it so the LSJ is more than enough power and enjoyment for me.

The LSJ is the sc motor. In '05 the only SS was an SS/SC

Mine went out 700 miles after I got mine. A girl owned it before me for only 6000 miles and burned out the clutch

I never said it was a different motor. I said power distribution. 50% on each front wheel?

it's a lot more money dude

also, was the car probably beaten on; most likely yeah. I bought mine used and I know it was beaten. But I haven't had any issues outside of anything normal

as far as talking them down, use the fact that it's modded as leverage. most people don't want to buy a used, modded car because it was most likely beaten. therefore they are going to have a hell of time getting rid of it so you should be able to throw that in their face.

if they bust your ***** with price, just be like "alright have fun trying to sell a car that was modded. that thing is gonna sit on your lot and you're gonna keep paying insurance on it. sorry we couldn't make a deal."

they'll think twice

What exactly were you meaning by The difference between the LSJ and the SC? I'm not seeing your thought path on this. LSD has to do with distribution of the power

Exactly. Most people get this car for their first car from their parents. Parents usually will not buy a car that is modded. Thats probably why they haven't been able to sell it. Thats why I said offer pretty low and work with them from there.

Thats what I did with mine. I almost left and they came running out to the parking lot and said they would give me the deal I wanted. Probably because they new the clutch was going out though

Well I made them replace the clutch for free on mine, all it took was 2 weeks of arguing and then threatening them with a lawyer Oh and I found out that the guy who sold me the car was a sex offender and I asked them if they really wanted everyone in Jacksonville to know he was selling cars to families. Needless to say they dropped the bill of 2k and I got a brand new clutch

haha on my paperwork they fucked up and put two different odometer readings in two spots which is a big no no

so yeah. they bought me a clutch

and I'm telling you man, use the fact that it's modded as leverage. dealerships pay monthly on each car for insurance. They don't want that thing sitting there.

very few adults are going to buy it. the majority of people who are going to want it are teenagers, and there's no way in hell a parent is signing a loan for a car that logic would tell them has been beaten.

Wicked that is definitely reassuring..but I imagine you know how to drive well...I'm not sure the same can be said for most Manual trans drivers

Learned how to drive on her Well, I had another cobalt before my red ss/sc. The yellow SS/SC had trans issues, and lemoned it for a mazda 3 but traded in on another cobalt a month later. My yellow ss/sc had standard trans, the red one has LSD. Shouldn't make a diff, but she's held up
