No because a decent set of coil overs will have camber plates.

Um, you want my opinion or the one from people that know what they are talking about? Check out the suspension page there's lots of threads on this.

I think it like this, if you want slamed go with stance, a decent set... Pedders, KW, Ark. There's several.

Pedders coils are not a DECENT set. Pedders coilovers will one of the best if not the best that you can buy for the cobalt. Like said above, most coilovers will have camber adjustment and if you dont want to wear the inside of your tires, dont mess with the camber. Not like you can do much with it on cobalts anyways.

really a camber kit is just a set of bolts for each side anyways its like 20 bucks max at napa or any auto parts store. The rears have to be shimed though

Toe will also destroy your tires. I dropped my car on springs, and while there is some visible camber, it was the change in toe that ate away at the inside of my tires within a few thousand miles (went from wear bar to completely bald on the inner tread, while the rest barely changed). I got that fixed with an alignment, and with 10k miles on my new tires, and they are wearing nearly even across the tread.
