Drivers side dood trim chipping

Hi all

I know this was answered in other posts like over a year ago but I can't seem to find those posts. The silver trim around the door lock and window buttons on the drivers side is just now beginning to chip showing black underneath.

Does GM still sell those different colored trim pieces that were offered about a year ago? They sent a catalog for them back then but I looked through it and threw it away. How much were they if you bought them?

Also, how difficult are the door pieces to remove if I were to take them off and paint them?

Thanks

theres a cap where you stick you hand to close your door, it pops out with a small flat head then its 2 philip screws underneat. once you have them loose just wiggle it out carefully pulling up at the back first. Pop the tabs to release the switches and there you go.

All the stuff in the dash thats sliver is just clipped in as well. just pull carefully on the side trims and do the trim around the stereo and heater controls last.

end result. enjoy!

Nice job on those. What kind of paint did you use?
