My motto when driving is to try not to do anything that would cause another driver to react to what I'm doing.

I have a LONG laundry list of **** that people do (while driving) that pisses me off, but the number one thing that makes me want to send an RPG into their car is them looking at their phone while driving or sitting at a stop light.

Gave a college girl some **** last. We were leaving the store and as we walked out, noticed this car was parked half ass **** eyed and on/over the line next to me. She comes out and I said apparently some people don't understand how to park their ******* car. She just stares at me, then proceeds to get on her phone. I said probably the reason why you can't park your car. Get the **** off and learn to drive correctly.

Probably I know they have a text stop in new York. I'd imagine if they pulled you over for it they would give a fine but I'm not 100% sure

No text law and move over law in Pa. Yet people still do it. The second one has been there for years, but recently decided to start enforcing it.

That's how it should be. You don't need to be on the f ing phone while driving

I agree. What gets me is people who pull out of a parking spot, stop in the middle of the road to get the phone out to call someone then continue their way. Here's an idea, why don't you make the call BEFORE starting to drive if it's that important.

People should throw their phones in the trunk or backseat if they have that bad of a problem with being on the phone while driving. And after a while they'll realize they don't need it when they're driving and they won't have to put it behind them.

It isn't just phones that are distractions. You name it, I've witnessed it in traffic. People need to realize that a license is a privelidge, not a right. With as many incompetent people driving, it should be like shooting fish in a barrel.

So you know the alerts that come on the radio like tornado warning and crap… they need to make one for rush hour "******* drivers alert stay away from your phone and watch the hell out!"

I'd love an old police interceptor with the bar to just start pitting people. Or a beater truck with same bar. It'd be glorious.

If it were up me you would have your car taken and it would be put up for public auction. For texting while driving

Yeah but when you start punishing people for their actions it has a domino effect which could go either way, but I'd rather see the punishment for the greater good for the people who try to drive decent.

can't punish the car for peoples dumb action you can only punish the people, bill that is why in BC your texting and driving ticket is not done through insurance but is send to the drivers license.
