Elm 327 bluetooth obd2 scanner question

I ordered and receives two Elm327 obd2 Bluetooth devices to use in my 09 ss/tc . I have tried it in my wife's mini van ( 03 olds silhouette ) and my fathers 08 Cadillac CTS. And I can not get them to pair through Bluetooth on my phone. ( which is a Motorola razor xt910 ) android phone. I'm not too sure why I can't get them to connect. I can not find the right pin for either of them. I have googled it and tried several 4 digit codes. Can anyone offer any other suggestions ?

I just got mine a couple weeks ago and the code was on the package. It said it was either 1234 or 6789.

I have tried those three codes as well as 0000 and 7890 and also 9999. I'm kinda stomped. My phone sees them. Asks for the code. But it always comes back as incorrect pin. On both of the units I got. I was hoping to use torque to look at my car as well as the wife's mini van. But I have kinda hit a wall. I have even tried turning the ifnitiknnon as well as starting the cars. All I ever get back us incorrect pin.

Does the maker of unit have a website or a phone number? What about 4321 or 1111?

I think I tried 1111. But I'm not totally sure. I definitlly havnt tried 4321. I will check them out. I checked the eBay web site. There much more there then what ibahve already tried and googled. I'm kinda surpruzed. I ordered two just in case one didn't work . But I never thought two could possible be bad. On a side note. When I first plug them in.. they cycle through each odbthe four lights in bit and then the first light turns red and stays on.

That's what mine does. This is what mine looks like. It came it a plastic bag with a sticker on it. On the sticker it had some sort of web adress and the pins.

Goto your bluetooth settings on your phone before launching the app, pair it using 6789,or 1234. After it's paired launch the torque app, then enable torque to default to bluetooth mode, not usb mode. This should help, I've used tons of elm 327s on many different android phones.

Well I finally got them both working. The pins were both 1234. Which I had treid several times before but they didnt end up working. In the end what it was my phone needing a reboot. So I turned my phone off and back on to reboot it. And BAM.... They both worked perfect almost instantly. Now to look at some of the data. I took my kn sri off a week ago or so. And I reset the computer. And my stft seem to bounch around from -6 to +4 ish. And my ltft seem to stay stuck on -9.4. This is on a totally stock car with stock air box and all. My only mod right now is gms1. I was playing around with the 0-60 and also thr hp and torque tabs. Has any one else tried those ? And what where your numbers ?
