Emissions test time..or not?
Ok, so i have deleted my cat on my new custom exhaust. Question is, my sister told me that if the car is an 06 or newer, they wont do an emissions test on it. Is this true?? I thought that they did the test reguardless of the age of the car. I was retarded and forgot about having to get my car registered in AZ next month after the cat delete. I really don't want to pay my mexican friend 10$ again to put my cat in...help!
