can someone give me help on what would be a great cat back exhaust that is custom like what they did , how much did it cost, what did it sound like, and did it add ponys because there is a muffler shop around here who does great work and hes pretty cheap so i would like to kno what to do. thanks

 

alot of people have gone with gmpp catback and the corsa catback. It depends on your future mods. If you plan on doing a 2.6-2.5 pulley with supporting mods I would go 3" catback like hahn, or vibrant. I have the vibrant and love it.

 

i bought a hahn catback and i absolutely love it sounds great! cant really explain the sound if you want to hear it go to youtube and type in "hahn exhaust" and watch the fly bye sounds even better than that in person tho...only thing is i dont know how much your willingto spend it was about 500

 

well i kno people are making custom cat backs and i wonder how much cheaper that would be in the end.

 

i bought the DC sports cat-back for $373 shipped and installed it myself cant get much cheaper than that.... and i made a how-to here it is

most members prefer the gm performance catback,if not there are a few custom ones here where memers just had the pipes staitened out and put a freeflow magnaflow muffler on and saved a few hundred!

 

i have the corsa catback and somtimes feel i shoulda bought the gmpp cat back because of the price, but the gmpp and the corsa cat back is what most people have along with magnaflow

 

My choice is the GM performance cat back. Good performance, good deep sound, nice price, good quality.

 

GMPP Catback=Good quality, good price, and good WARRANTY for exhaust AND the car!!!

 

gmpp exhaust is overrated and sucks it looks to stock with that ulgy bolt on tip.. DC sports has a awsome deep sound and looks better..
