i now own a 05 tiburon 2.7L. i have always been in love with the cobalts and i am deciding on selling it and purchasing a cobalt ss. good switch?

 

which cobalt u wanna trade it in for ?

SS/SC and SS/TC are both good cars.

 

i have a friend with a stock 2.7 5 speed tiburon. i usually beat him buy about 2 buses from a 55-100 roll. i have a stock 08 ss/tc. the 2 cars aren't even in the same class, but don't get me wrong, i do like the tibby's.

 

Definitely get the Cobalt SS. I LOVE mine, never had a single issue with it (bought it new, now have 47,000 miles). A buddy of mine has a Tibby and I rape the **** out of him every time we race. And overall I just like everything about my car better. The tibby's are nice, but they're just too much of a chick car to me.

well i am a chick. lol. i have kept my tibby in good condition. i wanted to turbo or supercharge but the cobalts come with them stock and they sound awesome. i have yet to race a cobalt. and if i get one, i am thinking ss/sc. i want to black it out. my tibby now is white.

Im from kane county but unfortunately moved out of Illinois. im in ohio now. I miss it like crazy.

In every other department your Tib is probably the winner.

 

just say in the interior it win's. exlcuding the sound system. i have yet to be in a stock sport compact with a better system that hits pretty good for being a lil pioneer. and in another department the ss/sc and ss/tc outperforms any tibby in handling. im not down talking just like another person said earlier. the cobalt SS is in a way different class that the tibby. and chicks driving ss/sc or ss/tc... will make any man droll. hollllerrr!

Well then that'd work just fine haha. Like I said I LOVE my ss/sc I've had it for 2 years and never a single problem, never even had to replace bulbs haha. I'd definitely recommend one. The ss/tc's are great and make gobs of power pretty easily but they've been having a lot of issues which is the main thing keeping me from getting one. That and I don't want another $18k loan for (essentially) the same car haha
