We have a 2.2 engine sitting in our shop that I would like to clean up and fix up to put in my car. Would anyone be interested in buying my complete 2.2 engine? There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, it's in my car now. I have 83000 miles on it and keep it maintained well. Just let me know your opinions or if you think there's an easier way to sell my engine. I'm in south central Pennsylvania.

 

Unless you're doing a full build on this 2.2 you have laying around... there's no reason to swap it out for your perfectly fine engine with 83k on it.

Even so you can keep your factory engine for parts just in case.

If you're still looking to move the engine you have laying around I'm sure you can get a decent amount for it.

 

I mean I'd strip the one down and all new gaskets and liquids and stuff. It literally has like 800 miles on it, it just had an oil leak and the guy didn't want it anymore ha. So I mean 800>83000 ha

 

These Ecotecs are good for well over 150k though.
