Im heading to Dejon Powerhouse in Winchester, Va the first weekend of next year to be the test dummy for a bigger intercooler they are creating. They are using my car to test fit and make the prototype. I see they have made intercoolers for our cars before and tons of parts for other models. Just wondering what the IFS are with having my car as the test dummy. I dont see how you could screw anything up but just looking for any ideas lol. The owner told me it will be 11 inches tall but thats all I know as of right now

 

something like that the most i would worry about is them scratching the car

wouldnt think they need to drill anything

 

Only thing he told me was the front bumper will need to be removed since the new one will be taller but thats not a big deal, they only really help you in under 5mph crashes lol. I should find more details out next week.

 

Yea there shouldn't be any problems and they're great guys I met them at Hyperfest. I can't wait to get a lnf cause it will be handy having their shop 15 minutes away from me

 

Good to hear! Dave seems pretty cool. Im about an hour and a half away. Ill be there most likely all day on Jan 7th working on the intercooler. Cant wait.

 

Anyone have any problems with Dejons intercooler they make as of right now?

Lol. Well I can do that if they would give me discounts lol but I doubt they would after giving me this intercooler for free. Still havent heard much from their parts on cobaltss other than their charge piping and intakes. Looks like their stuff is pretty good quality.
