First Mod?

Basically, to give you a short story, im 16 with a small paycheck and just got my 07 cobalt coupe LS, and im interested in doing a little bit with it.

We bought it from a great family friend who owns a dealership about 1hr 30 min away, and he's being very generous in offering just about any mod they can do at only the cost price to them. I don't want to do anything too extreme with this car though, because i really want to trade in this one for an SS/SC 3-4 years down the road.

So, my question to you guys is, what should i do first? I was thinking getting it lowered, and also the factory 18" wheels, possibly a wing. Any suggestions?

Rims are probably going to be a bit unless you can find some used ones.
