no the ss bumper has their clips located in a different spot. so youll need to zip tie or do some fabbing.

no mods to put em on.. the one listed for 2.0 has the lip at the bottom but isnt included with the bumper and the 2.4 has no lip or slots to put the lip on.

Look/search for a thread by Halfcent on Fascia (don't search bumper -- search for threads with fascia). Halfcent did a how-to of installing a SS bumper on his LS. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/how-guide-43/front-facia-removal-replacement-107293/

You need the 2 lower brackets to make it fit right and the post above is correct -- get the 2.4 fascia if you don't want the SS/SC (2.0) lower lip. If you want the lower lip you need to get the SS/SC (2.0) fascia. Both SS fascia can use the SS grille (same opening).

You will also need to fill the fog light holes with something -- if your LS has fog lights I'm not sure these will fit the SS fascia -- check other fascia threads for that information.

Also the SS's use an air dam that is held in by the radiator and 2 plastic retainers -- have the parts guy/gal look at the picture of the radiator parts-breakdown to find it. the LS/LT air dam will not fit either SS fascia.

Yeah they will but it will look goofy without a set of lower facias. you will have to ccut the built in mud flap off the back of the innerfenderwell though.
