Nokya has makes some good blue bulbs.

I went with the Luminics Ultra White 9007 and H11, because they come in the same color tempurature. I would suggest looking into these because they are a very bright white color, and a very nice bulb.
If you are looking for a blue tint, Luminics also has their Pure Blue line, which are quite blue. Check out this thread https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/appearance-48/automotivelightingusa-cobalt-photoshoot-19222/ for an example of the two bulbs.
