Frustrating HID problem.

Alright, a couple of days ago I got projectors and HID's. Everything was fine and tonight I was aiming them because they were just shiet. I started off with my driver's side headlight and I realized the bulb felt a little loose so I grabbed it to give it a twist to fit better and it just went out? Along with my passenger side bulb as well and I hadn't even touched the passenger side headlight yet. Double you tee eff ? The projectors and the HID's are both used so the wiring and all that was already done for me.
