Well went to the track today, kinda sucky ran a 16.5 as my best which blows as ive run a 16.0 with just a catback and i ran today with stripped rear and intake. pretty sure it was my shortram and humidity which killed me as my shifting as gotten ALOT better. Some reason i cant get the CA extension for my injen to fit right. also met a fellow ss/sc guy with a lazer blue ss. told him about the site dunno if he will join tho. all in all fun night

Where did you go Mike? I ran a 16.0 at Lebanon last Friday with 5/8 tank of gas and a horrible 2.45 60' time. It didn't help that the temperature on the track was probably 100 though.

What did you trap?

 

barly 86 mph. my best 60 was a 2.56. Horrible.

i went to epping drags for street night tonight.

i know for a fact my shortram is killing me with all the heat its sucking in from the engine.

I wonder if the loss in 5-10% HP (or w/e it is) equates to the inconsistency of a manual trans?

Seems like with a manual you're always gettin different numbers...is it just me?
