Going to be doing a little catching up here.
Wrapped my front bow tie with some vinyl. Looked great, but only lasted about 24 hours before it started peeling off. That's what you get for eBay $5 vinyl haha.

Was going to wrap the back emblem as well, but it snapped in half while trying to do it haha. So decided to go with the completely de badged back look.

Then tried to clean up the tail lights. Rubbing compound, polishing compound, and a little elbow grease got them looking a little better.

Left before, right after
Not a huge difference, but I think it looks much better.

Been trying to track down a front end wiggle. Thought it was the ball joints so I finally took the excuse to do the FE3/FE5 control arms. So much better.

Bald tires lololol. Patiently waiting my wheels to get done so I can buy tires for those.

Noticed how many scrapes I've got along the bottom haha.

I'm crossing my fingers that my wheels are done this week, I can pick tires up Monday, and get them mounted before Friday for Gridlife.

Welp. Someone backed into my car yesterday. Or swiped it at least. Where we park is also the parking lot for a farmer's market, so **** like this happens way too often with people never saying a thing.

Thankfully it wasn't all that deep and mostly on the surface.
A little wet sanding...

While it's not perfect, it's much better. It started raining so I'll need a couple more go overs to get it how I want it.

Cleaned the interior after the rain started

My floor mats are destroyed, the carpet needs a good cleaning, and I need to tuck up the wiring for the aeroforce.

And a quick photo while it looked decent

Haven't updated this puppy in a while. Not too much progress to report on, but things are moving along swimmingly.
Finally got the down pipe problem narrowed down and fixed.
Picked up a ZZP cat-back from Mike that sounds phenomenal. I thought my other exhaust sounded decent, but man this ZZP is perfect. Except for how low it hangs haha.

I need to tighten everything up and get the rear to hang better as well.
Grabbed an SS leather wheel that should be going in this week

And yesterday I drove down to Illinois to pick up a pair of black bumpers. The rear looks great, but the front needs to be buffed out. Hopefully that's all it needs I should say.
Drove down mad max style since I wouldn't be able to fit both bumpers in the car with a passenger.

The front looks awesome with the LNF grills. Now just need to buff it out hopefully tonight or tomorrow and get the skirts and rear installed.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to be doing a ton of work of tomorrow on my day off!
It sounds amazing! I'll grab an exhaust clip tomorrow if I get a chance.

Here's a quick exhaust clip I grabbed yesterday. It was taken with my cell phone so audio isn't perfect, but still gives you and idea of what it sounds like!

As you can tell from the video, the car is looking a little different. Got a good amount of work done the last couple days.
Installed the rest of the SS kit. Rear bumper is in pretty good shape, although needs a good session of scratch removal/buffing. The side skirts are dirty but not too bad either. I sure hope the 3M tape holds up haha.
Off with the old

Old vs. New

Booty

Attempted to buff out the other bumper I had...didn't do ****. So I decided to pop on the primered one I have. Looks better being one color, but I still need to get one of them painted. I guess it'll do for now.

Before cleaning

Gave it a quick wash and took some photos. Will be uploading the non cell pics later today.

Also got around to putting on the leather wheel. It sits all sorts of funny. I'm wondering if I got a bad one that was in an accident and the airbag bent the frame. If the airbag/horn sits flush as it should the horn sounds non stop. If I back the clockspring off then it sits all fucky and looks gross but I have a horn. I still have to attempt to fix it or get a different one. Here's how it sits now, you can see where it rubs on the back plastic as well.

Completely, sorry I never responded. Went to vatozone and picked up some for the bottom.
