i bash it because its impossible to believe you when you start putting numbers to stuff and start going into nowhere..... your friend cant produce proof of this... where did he hear it?

that is a really good point, and i totally agree that are blowers cant handle all that power, so maybe it is an upgraded blower just like the srt4's have upgraded turbos? i really dont know what will be in the kits but i believe that they will be here i n the summer.

there is no reason to beieve it or disbelieve it. this is just like when the stage 1 and 2 kits were just a rumor. same with the stage 3, no one believed that when they heard about it. now look, its coming out soon! it could quite possibly be a new blower, that would make perfect sense. definitely wont be warrantied though.
anyway dont bash the guy, he is just releasing what he HEARD. he didnt say it was a hard fact, just that his GM buddy heard about it and that it came from a good source. the info is there for yall to know and think about and discuss. so... what could this kit consist of besides a blower swap?

i would personally love to see it (though i would rather go aftermarket if i was gonna throw my warranty out the window) but its just unrealistic for your friend to be told that there was gonna be a stage 4 and 5 out this spring as well as giving power specs for it. now the advisor could just be throwing random things at your friend as well if he did say that.

I would love to see a Stage 4 and 5, but what good would it be if it isn't street legal. From what I read Stage 3 is for off road use only, wouldn't that mean that the Stage 4 and 5 kits would be pretty much for the same use, off road, track use only. Probably why it's not warrantied, because it's not emissions legal. I could be wrong, but I remember reading that the Stage 3 was off road only, and now I can only presume that Stage 4 and 5 (If they do exist or plan to exist) will be the same as stage 3.

its just for people to discuss it as it being a possibility to bash the guy to all hell for he thoughts. He think it could be possible, which i would hope to be true also. I mean is it likely who the heck knows... but i think it would be something i would invest in when my new SS hits 36,001 miles no doubt if it was worth the money. So what could it be... bigger blower, new cam, new heads, a bigger shot of NOS and more than likely some tranny work other than that ya got me. But hey if GM ever reads this... do it!

Yes, you are probably true, but it also doesn't void your warranty just because you installed it, unless it caused the problem.

What I am saying is, my cars a DD, I want to be able to install a Stage kit other than 1 and 2 that allows me to still use my car as a DD. I wasn't knocking on you, just the fact that they may be for track use only is what bugs me.
