Unhappy Goodbye old friend...:(

Early this month, I got into a very bad car accident with my cobalt. Long story short, it was a rollover crash after losing control of the car. Luckily, I left with little to no injuries. Just got a few cuts and bruises on my left hand. Car was obviously totaled since I did roll about 4 times. Now, I got me a new car, but not exactly what I thought I would get. I got a 2012 Hyundai Veloster N/A. Never thought I will get a Hyundai, but I ended up with one. lol. Still sad of the fact that I lost my first car...It's a miracle I even survived such a wreck...

Here is my cobalt at the tow yard. :'(

and here is the Veloster. Not a huge Hyundai fan, but for some reason, I really like this one.

I will still visit this forum, despite not having a cobalt anymore. Lol.

No, sorry my friend, everything was pretty much stock. Was going to buy an exhaust and intake for it a few weeks from now.

Well, when I lost control, I was on the freeway, 75 mph. Saw something (like an animal, about the size of a large dog) and jerked the wheel too hard onto the median (on my left). I knew I was on the dirt and was sliding all over the place. I over Corrected and slid to the right back onto the road but slid further to soon realize I jumped the car off down hill into some sort of old ditch. Jumped about 10 feet. Also, this was 2:30 AM.

Well, I needed a vehicle with a little bit more room, and saved a little more gas. I really wanted a MazdaSpeed 3 but couldnt find one anywhere. Wanted a Subaru WRX hatchback, but they are over my budget and insurance I'm sure will be high with those. Apparently, I was looking around for some cars, and my mom really liked the Veloster and signed papers for it without letting me know. However, not really disappointed about this car because, it was top 3 choices I had. It was this, a Mazda 3 non-hatchback, or a Jeep Patriot. Didn't choice the Jeep, because it had pretty high miles on it. Would have gotten the Mazda 3 but it didnt have the cargo room I needed. I had mixed feelings getting a veloster. But so far, Im good with it.
