Turn them over on the bottom is a rubber plug, remove the pug and look inside, you'll see a little rubber boot with 2 wires coming out of it. Wiggle the rubber boot and it pops out and exposes 2 mico sized LED's inside...

Anything else?

If you figure out how to make them brighter let me know how you did it. I bought different LED's to replace the burnt out ones and also wanted to make them brighter, but no such luck. They look exactly the same as the others, but at least they all work now.
