the reason why I didn't order from them was because they didn't have a contact number.

i did order some from there but when i ordered they told me in my rod bearing set it was enough to do the whole engine but it wasnt. But i am going to order a set of crank bearings from there and just sell the other ones when they come in.

One other question for everyone if 1 of my items is on back order from gmpartsdirect. will they ship the other stuff seperatly or wait

the problem with GM Parts direct is that they do not have contact info because they have no employees, that's how they keep prices so low. You will get the best deal from there, but it may take some time.

i ordered from them maybe 1 1.5 weeks ago and they are supposed to come in tomorrow. They have great prices but my only complaint is that alot of the things they have on the catalog are special ordered items. Like they don't have them in stock.

remember GM shut down alot of places. i had to order a stage 2 belt from GM and it took a couple days to get that from the dealer... a belt... i wouldnt blame it on the website. just the economy is crazy its hard to get certain parts... thats my view at least.

I ordered my throwout/release bearing throught them, and had no problem. It took 2 extra days to ship out since the part was in the warehouse and not in stock. The part arrived in about 7 days.

I got 2 special order SS/TC rear rotors in 10 days. No complaints here and prices were better than any others I found.
