Exclamation Headlight Silicones?!!!!

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this. 3 times now I've used RTV silicone to reseal my headlights. They fog up every time. What in the hell can I use to keep them from fogging up. I'm very pissed with cobalt headlights at this point. What can I use that's easy to find and works good? Please help me!!

Get any moisture out and then use windshield urethane maybe? Don't know how it would bond to plastic though.

I believe the headlights are vented, and perhaps the vents are blocked

I've been looking to do a retrofit myself and have seen this glue recommended elsewhere:

OCI Butyl Rubber Glue - Accessories from The Retrofit Source Inc

The headlights are infact vented and not sealed 100% from factory anyways as in the back where the bulbs goes in there should b a hole in the rubber gasket

As others have said, if you are completely sealed, you will have fogging problems.

Easiest way to fix it is just drill a tiny hole on the bottom side of the light.

i used RTV silicone rubber. sealed up nice. the headlight always vented thru the back though where you secure the bulb at.
