help !!!!!

I was driving in manhattan yesterday I went to take off in first gear my car stalled and wouldn't turn back on. It would about to start then shake then die again. I was already an hour and a half into my trip keep in mind my low coolant light has been on forever like 6. Months and I have ignored it could that of been it ?? What would cause this. Also I have been putting regular gas in it for a while

Low coolant was on and you didn't fix it? Rings are probably shot at bare minimum. Gaskets are all shot probably from over heating. Not to mention the high knock from running regular. Your engine is probably toast.

Start by seeing if you can pull the plugs. I bet you'll get to one cylinder and the spark will break lose but will not come out without excessice force.

Just when you thought you've encountered the stupidest member on this site, another one will pop up with an even worse story.

thank you for stating the obvious I know it's stupid but I just wondering would that be the cause of stalling and not getting the car back on

I don't understand why you've been putting regular in the car...

In all actuality, it could be something little like the crank sensor or could be serious. You won't know until you take it somewhere to get looked at as it's obvious you have no clue what's going on. I recommend nothing in Jackson, that town is.... Well nevermind.

Get the car towed to Tune Time in Toms River.

Pull plugs and do a compression test, if the motor still wants to turn over.

You answered your own question. You didn't keep the maintenance on your car and decided to put the lowest octane you could possibly put in your car....I'm sorry, I don't wish bad on other people...but you HONESTLY deserved it.

And yes its most likely internals.

I had that before too and it's the crank sensor. Did it three times and hasn't since.

If you take the time to read the manual, it says that 91 is recommended but not required for both the 2.4 and 2.0. 87 is fine in the 2.2. You can run 87 in the 2.0 and 2.4 as well, but the computer might pull some timing due to detonation.
If you run 87, the motor will have to detonate before it retards timing for the 87. Is that really worth running the risk?

Sounds like a bad crank position sensor
