Question HID relay harness problems, Help

I just got my HID kit in the mail yeater day. I hooked up just the HID bulbs and ballast to make sure it works and it does, had no problems. Then did the relay and i thought I had it all right but the lights dont come on. I have 3rd gen Projector Headlights and bought the HID kit and harness from buyhids.com didnt come with instuctions or anythang so ive been youtubing everythang. I have positive connected to the positive post thing and the negative to one of the bolts on the body and i pugged the long wire to pass ballast, short one to driver ballast and the short female to the driver bulb plug. that leaves the pass male plug unplugged. does this sound right. I think i just have a bad relay harness

you need to switch the wires in the harness that plugs into the stock headlight harness. Look for the big HID group buy, I have some pictures in there that will show you exactly how to wire the lights.
