hit by another crazy bitch again
hit by another crazy bitch again

picture doesn't show it all well, but it goes all the way to the back wheel/ scratched up the rear quarter panel. no actual dents in the quarter panel though.
Was going south bound on metric right after crossing parmer.
i was in the left and her on the right.
lady in a pos ford windstar came into my lane and pushed me over to avoid slowing down or stopping behind a bus.
car got hit. told her to pull over and she didn't. next thing i know shes in my lane again and has hit my car.
no witnesses at all. no one got a ticket. cops said they couldn't really tell much cause they're retards.
she also had the audacity to say i was being aggressive afterwards. that was reported to me by dispatch on 911. they told they told the officers that i was calm and collected and that i was on the phone with them the whole time.
called her insurance and they said they will look at the police report, but it doesn't sound like its looking good for me as far as them taking fault.
she lied her ass off and gave them a completely different story. i don't know what it was, but both the cops and insurance agent said our stories are completely conflicting.
if her insurance doesn't fix my car i'll just be parting it out and selling it for about 10k. then i'll just pay off the difference of what i owe.
i may hop into a shitty balt for now, and then save up for an evo x or bmw 135i. we'll see how it all works out. i just put on my powdered rims on that morning too and she ruined the coat on the rear passenger one.
i'm gonna call my old lawyer and see what he thinks.
kind of sucks though cause there were no witnesses and shes just lying her ass off.
plus the police report is probably inconclusive cause they're fucktards.

she slowed down to avoid having to stop behind a bus but no witnesses? someone had to see something. thats why its always good to carry a camera in your car. even if its a **** disposable you have something to show insurance at the exact spot of the accident at the time. my aunt says they normally pay pretty well for the pictures if it helps their case. cellphones are not adequate no matter how awesome people think their cameras are.

she had one of those handicapped license plates which made me wonder if it was mental. she got out of the van just fine..

i used to know this complete bimbo bitch who would get into crashes on purpose like slamming on her brakes to get rear ended. she did it with her kids in the car. she'd cry in front of the cops and in the end make tons of money sueing people. god i hate her so much.
i'll see what happens.
no need to hunt her down.

Please tell me she isn't alieve animore
your rates should not go up for a not at fault loss unless you have bobo insurance or a ton of not at fault losses. Ya it sux to be out the 500 for a bit but so does havin your balt look like doodoo. I'm still out my $500 cus the lady that hit me is ignoring her insurance co. but my car was fixed in less then a week from the day of the accident.
i never understood the point in lieing about **** like that. thats why she has insurance. so she doesn't have to pay out of pocket. she shoulda just said "yep. i'm a *******. lets get this taken care of". now its gonna cost her more.

but what it sounded like from state farm was that they couldn't determine who was at fault from our stories.
so idk. that would mean her insurance takes care of her and mine would take care of me. yea, $500 isn't a big deal i guess in retrospect. I make that in 3 days but still i work hard for dumb bitches to **** my **** up. haha. i also don't really DD my SS. I ride my bike to work and pretty much everywhere else.
unless i have to carry something.
either way her insurance will fix her car, but i don't see how it'd cost her more?

they helped me out a ton when my car got hit in a parking lot and covered it all under uninsured motorist really quickly.
Similar deal happened to me back in December with my Civic. Woman just drifted into my lane and brushed against the side of my car. She initially stopped in the lane where she was and I stopped, too, waiting for her to pull in front of me then off onto a side road. Then she kept driving away, so I went after her. Cut her off twice to get her to pull over. She played dumb "I didn't hit you". That's why you stopped initially, because you DIDN'T hit me? I watched her steer into me with my side mirror. The damage matched up, had the police show up for a report, but I still got denied by her insurance. She claimed she had prior damage from hitting her garage and she didn't hit me. There was actually damage on her garage (according to her insurance), so she has probably had experience being a scummy human and making stories up. They all get what's coming to them. Sometimes it's street justice, sometimes the Universe takes care of it, but they get it eventually.
